- Edel Finnegan has served as the Executive Director of the Pro-Life Union of Greater Philadelphia since 2006. Our organization is building a Culture of Life through outreach, education, public affairs and supporting alternatives to abortion. We are honored to partner with pro-life and pro-family groups throughout the region and nationally to promote the sanctity of life and protect women. Prior to working at the PLU, Edel was the Executive Director of “A Woman’s Choice,” a pro-life crisis pregnancy center in Falls Church, Va.
